We are a hybrid Insurance and cash-based practice.

For consultations with our physicians covered by insurances you can book an insurance-based visit. All other services, tests, and treatments outside the scope of health insurance coverage are the patient's out of pocket responsibility.

Insurance covers some of our services, though some services may fall outside their scope. We will guide you through all aspects of navigating your specific insurance plan and coverage.

See pricing and our sliding scale and discount options. A superbill can be provided to bill your insurance directly.

If you have Medicare, you can access covered services including Genova Diagnostic's GI panel and RealTime Labs' mycotoxin panels. For services not covered by Medicare, refer to cash prices.

The other non-medical services are provided by subcontracted specialists in their field and are cash pay only.
